I started MCC because I kept seeing the same thing, talented teams held back by patterns nobody wanted to name.
After 20 years inside enterprise organizations, I knew what high performance looked like. I also knew what got in the way of it, and it was rarely a skills problem.
My Approach
I've spent my career at the intersection of people and performance. As an ERP implementation lead, project manager, and enterprise consultant, I worked inside complex organizations long enough to understand one thing deeply: the technical problems are rarely the real problems.
The real problems live in how teams communicate under pressure. In the trust that erodes after a reorg nobody processed. In the leader who sets expectations they don't model. In the pattern everyone sees and nobody names.
I founded Montes Coaching & Consulting to do something about that.
MCC is a San Diego-based leadership development and organizational effectiveness firm. We work with leaders and teams who are ready to move beyond good intentions, into the honest conversations, structured methodologies, and sustained behavior change that actually move the needle.
