Every engagement is different.

The goal is always the same.

We help leadership teams communicate with trust, operate with clarity, and build the kind of accountability that doesn't require fear. Here's how we do it.

SERVICE 1:
EXECUTIVE COACHING

For leaders who are ready to grow — not just perform.

The best leaders aren't the ones who have all the answers. They're the ones who know themselves well enough to ask the right questions, create space for others, and keep growing even when it's uncomfortable.

Executive coaching with MCC is a structured, confidential partnership designed to help you develop the self-awareness, communication, and leadership presence that make you more effective — not just in what you accomplish, but in how you show up for the people around you.

We work with leaders navigating transitions, stepping into new roles, managing complexity, or simply committed to becoming better at what they do.

What to expect:

A coaching engagement typically runs three to six months, with bi-weekly sessions and on-call support between them. Every engagement begins with an honest assessment of where you are, where you want to go, and what's getting in the way.

This is for you if:

You're a high-performing leader who knows there's another level — and you're ready to do the work to get there.

SERVICE 2:
OFFSITE FACILITATION

Leadership offsites that produce outcomes, not just energy.

A well-designed offsite can shift a team's trajectory. A poorly designed one wastes two days and leaves people more frustrated than before.

The difference is in the facilitation.

MCC designs and leads leadership offsites that go beyond surface-level team building — creating the conditions for honest conversation, real alignment, and decisions that stick. We use a combination of structured facilitation methodologies including Working Genius and Lego Serious Play to surface what's real, engage every voice in the room, and produce tangible outcomes your team can act on immediately.

Every offsite is custom-designed for your team's specific context, goals, and dynamics — informed by pre-work conversations with key stakeholders before we ever walk in the room.

What to expect:

Half-day, full-day, and multi-day formats available. Includes pre-offsite stakeholder interviews, custom agenda design, expert facilitation, and a post-session summary of key outcomes and next steps.

This is for you if:

Your team needs to align on strategy, work through conflict, rebuild trust, or step into a new chapter together — and you want a facilitator who will hold the room with both warmth and rigor.

SERVICE 3:
WORKING GENIUS

Finally understand why certain work energizes your team — and why some things always fall through the cracks.

The Working Genius framework identifies six types of work that every project requires — and reveals which of those types energize each person on your team, which they can do but find draining, and which consistently frustrate them.

The result is a shared language for how your team is wired — and a practical lens for why certain roles feel misaligned, why some projects stall, and why the same gaps keep appearing no matter how hard everyone works.

As a certified Working Genius facilitator, MCC goes beyond the assessment itself — leading your team through a guided debrief that connects the results to your real dynamics, your actual challenges, and the specific changes that will make the biggest difference.

What to expect:

Each participant completes a 20-minute online assessment. MCC facilitates a half-day debrief session that walks the team through individual and collective results, identifies gaps and strengths, and produces actionable insights your team can use immediately.

This is for you if:

You want your team to stop misreading each other's motivations — and start leveraging what everyone actually does best.

SERVICE 4:
TEAM RESET PROTOCOL™

The methodology for teams who are serious about lasting change.

Most team development stops at awareness. The Team Reset Protocol goes further.

TRP is MCC's proprietary three-module methodology — built on the insight that teams, like individuals, develop patterns that run on autopilot. Until those patterns are named, understood, and consciously replaced, no assessment or offsite will produce lasting behavior change.

Module 1: Surface — The Team Diagnostic

Using Lego Serious Play facilitation, we make the invisible visible. Half day + pre-work. Emotional shift: Unseen → Seen.

Module 2: Reset — The Rewire Session

Using Working Genius, we help the team understand why their patterns exist and choose something different — together. Full day. Emotional shift: Stuck → Empowered.

Module 3: Wire — The Accountability Architecture

We build the ownership structure, behavioral commitments, and 30/60/90 check-in cadence that make change stick. Half day + 30-day virtual check-in. Emotional shift: Committed → Sustained.

Each module is available as a standalone engagement or as part of a full two-day offsite experience.

This is for you if:

Your team has done the work before and it didn't stick. Or you're ready to go deeper than awareness — into the structural change that actually lasts.
